Focusing mainly on Starbucks Rewards, the wildly popular loyalty program, I worked on seasonal games, like Starbucks for Life and Bonus Star Bingo, and wrote hundreds of emails and witty subject lines.

In 2017, I rewrote the strategic emails that onboard new Starbucks Rewards™ members. Our goal? Motivate customers to use the Starbucks® app.
Starbucks for Life.
For the holiday season, this whimsical game invites Starbucks Rewards™ members and customers to shake the snow globe for chances to move through the winter wonderland and win prizes (including, yes, Starbucks for life). To keep players engaged, we sent playful emails and revealed new challenges each week.
GOLD MEMBER ANNIVERSARY.
We know that Starbucks Rewards™ members love to collect Stars, play seasonal games, earn free drinks—and take pride in reaching Gold level. Tasked with celebrating a Gold member’s anniversary, we created a series of honors and badges, which created a fully custom template depending on that member’s accomplishments.
